la Paroisse de Jehanne la Pucelle

Our parish, la Paroisse de Jehanne la Pucelle, is a  metaphysically-oriented Independent Catholic community dedicated to the pursuit of GNOSIS,.  We are affiliated with several traditional esoteric organizations that collectively  make up what is known as the French Gnostic Tradition.  Our parish maintains the value and validity of the traditional seven-fold sacramental system as a path of initiation into Divine Life for all who desire to serve humanity in this age under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.  Our parish worships in the Old Catholic tradition of the Ancient Gallican Church and is firmly within the Esoteric Christian Tradition.  This tradition is rooted in the highest Christian ideals of Chivalry, which is a hidden path of the GNOSIS from ancient times to present day. We honor and maintain the value of freedom of thought, conscience and expression in the ongoing quest for spiritual enlightenment.   We also affirm the value of a balanced spiritual life, including the study of both ancient wisdom and modern knowledge, unfoldment of the Inner Light through meditation and contemplative prayer, participation in liturgical and sacramental worship, and creative self-expression in service to others. We hold that it is the will of God that all people be at peace, and to be guided by the Holy Spirit into wholeness of life, health, happiness and harmony. We further hold that we are asked to know God through love as Love. As an officially chartered Parish of the French Gnostic Church we will be holding: * Celebration of the Holy Eucharist. * Gnostic study, prayer and meditation group * Order of the Grail- a chivalric lay order associated with the    French Gnostic Church. * Ancient Martinist Order We welcome all to our altars.
